- CPKC Night - January 15, Kansas City - Kansas City Marriott Downtown - registration opens 11/17/25
- UP Night - February 19, Omaha - Omaha Marriott at the Capitol District- registration opens 11/17/25
- NS Showcase - April 16, Atlanta (Lunch event at NS Headquarters)
- BNSF Texas Night - May TBD, Fort Worth

Showcase concludes as NAMRC dinner begins at 6:30 pm.

One (1) skirted 6’ table and two (2) chairs
One (1) NAMRC dinner/reception ticket
Cost: $875 per event (member)/$1,100 per event (non-member)
Price includes one (1) dinner ticket per event, additional tickets can be purchased directly from NAMRC

REMSA Supplier Showcase FAQs
- What are NAMRC Supplier Showcases?
REMSA began a partnership with the North American Maintenance Railway Club (NAMRC) in 2023, hosting Supplier Showcases in conjunction with select Class I nights. NAMRC is an organization of railroad maintenance professionals, and host dinner and networking events throughout the year at different Class 1 railroad cities. Railroaders are invited to the events for free, which include dinner and a presentation by the railroad. Supplier showcases take place before the dinner, and allow companies the opportunity to set up a tabletop booth display and participate in networking. - What is the event schedule?
REMSA will be hosting four (4) Showcases in 2026:
1. CPKC Night: Kansas City Marriott Downtown on January 15
2. UP Night: Omaha Marriott at the Capitol District on February 19
3. NS Showcase: At NS headquarters during lunch on April 16, attendees are invited to the NAMRC dinner (with no evening showcase) on April 16
4. BNSF Texas Night: The Worthington Renaissance Fort Worth in May (date TBD) - What is the cost to participate in a Supplier Showcase event?
$875 per event for REMSA members, $1,100 per event for REMSA non-members - What is included in my booth space?
One (1) skirted 6’ table with two (2) chairs and one (1) NAMRC dinner/reception ticket. Additional tickets for dinner can be purchased through NAMRC. Attendees of the event receive attendee lists at the dinner to further reference and network. - Who attends?
NAMRC members – individuals who are part of the railway supplier industry, and railroaders from the event’s city. From a 2025 event, examples of railroad attendees’ titles include: VP and Chief Sourcing Officer; VP Engineering; Assistant Director Track Measurement; Director, Roadway Planning; Director, Strategic Sourcing; General Director Structures; General Welding Supervisor; Managers of Engineering Systems Design, Short Term Leases, Roadway Equipment Technologies, Strategic Sourcing, and Engineering. - How many railroaders attend each event?
Each event varies, and the attendance varies by year. Approximately 250 people attend each event, including NAMRC members and railroad employees. - How do I get additional NAMRC dinner tickets?
One NAMRC dinner ticket per event is included with your booth through REMSA. Additional tickets should be purchased through NAMRC. The NAMRC season runs from October – June each year. Membership is $75 per person per season, and a membership is required to attend events. - Can I become an NAMRC member?

CPKC Night, UP Night, and BNSF Night are similar – they are showcases that take place as networking prior to the NAMRC dinner. The NS showcase takes place at Norfolk Southern’s headquarters during lunch time. The NAMRC events have the same general flow, with a dinner and networking opportunities with other attendees. - How do I register?
Registration for the Showcase can be done through REMSA’s website, and REMSA will invoice you once your registration is received, and will provide details on booth location, shipping, and your one complimentary dinner ticket. If you have additional attendees from your company, these individuals will need to register directly through NAMRC (see above). NAMRC secures a hotel block at each of the hotels with discounted rates, these open approximately 1 month before each event. - Will future events be added?
The current schedule will be all the REMSA Showcase events for the 2025-2026 NAMRC season. We are looking to expand in the future. - Are there NAMRC events without showcases?
Yes, NAMRC has some events that do not have a REMSA Showcase associated with them. See the full NAMRC schedule here. - Will there be more events at Class 1 headquarters?
At this time, our NS event is the only one at a headquarters, but we hope to expand these opportunities in the future.
