Railway Interchange 2026  Railway Interchange 2026 will take place June 2-4 in Omaha, Nebraska. 

Railway Interchange is North America's largest railway exhibition and technical conference, bringing together thousands of rail industry professionals from around the world. The event features an expansive indoor and outdoor trade show showcasing the latest technology, equipment, and services across the freight and passenger rail sectors. With participation from key industry organizations like REMSA, RSI and RSSI, Railway Interchange offers unmatched networking opportunities, cutting-edge education sessions, and hands-on product demonstrations.

Participating with REMSA at Railway Interchange offers unmatched visibility and access within the rail construction and maintenance marketplace. As one of the key hosts of the show, REMSA connects suppliers directly with decision-makers from Class I and short line railroads, contractors, and transit agencies. Exhibiting with REMSA provides a powerful platform to showcase products, generate leads, and build relationships in a highly targeted and collaborative environment. 


Outdoor exhibits will take place adjacent to the indoor exhibits at the CHI Health Center, in Lot D.

 

Contracting Process:
1) Complete all the fields in the REMSA Railway Interchange contract
2) Sign and submit the contract online
3) Booth selection will take place in fall 2025

Each 10x10 (100 sq. ft) indoor exhibit space includes:2 complimentary exhibitor staff badges (maximum 30)

• 8 foot high back wall drape, 3 foot high side wall drape
• One identification sign
• Wi-fi internet connectivity
• General expo hall security
• Pre- and post-event opt-in attendee lists
• Presentation opportunity in REMSA Innovation Theater
