Railway Interchange 2026 will take place June 2-4 in Omaha, Nebraska. 


Outdoor exhibits will take place adjacent to the indoor exhibits at the CHI Health Center, in Lot D.

 
 


Contracting Process:
1) Complete all the fields in the REMSA Railway Interchange contract
2) Sign and submit the contract online
3) Booth selection will take place in fall 2025

Each 10x10 (100 sq. ft) indoor exhibit space includes:2 complimentary exhibitor staff badges (maximum 30)
  • 8 foot high back wall drape, 3 foot high side wall drape
  • One identification sign
  • Wi-fi internet connectivity
  • General expo hall security
  • Pre- and post-event opt-in attendee lists
  • Presentation opportunity in REMSA Innovation Theater

INDOOR exhibit space rates for REMSA member companies:

12+ 1,200+ $27 $32,400+
Island and corner booths are considered premium, and will incur an additional 10% charge

Non-member indoor exhibit spaces are $45/sq ft and have no discounts for larger booths. 

OUTDOOR exhibit space rates for REMSA member companies:

Non-member outdoor exhibit spaces are $40/sq ft and have no discounts for larger booths. There is no premium pricing for outdoor exhibits.
