Application Now Open for REMSA Booths at Railway Interchange 2025
Railway Interchange returns to Indianapolis, May 20-22, 2025. Don't miss your chance to exhibit at the largest combined railway exhibition in North America.
The booth application contract is now open. Contracts received by November 1 will be eligible for the first round of booth location selection. Booths will be assigned based on priority points (accumulated by years of continuous REMSA membership and exhibiting at Railway Interchange).
Please note that only REMSA members in good standing will qualify to be placed in the first round of booth selection. Contracts received after November 2 will be assigned in the order in which they are received. Appointments for booth selection calls will be scheduled beginning in November 2024.
Contracting Process:
1) Complete all the fields in the REMSA Railway Interchange contract
2) Sign and submit the contract online
3) Submit payment for your booth space. A 50% deposit is due upon completion of contract.

Each 10x10 (100 sq. ft) indoor exhibit space includes:2 complimentary exhibitor staff badges (maximum 30)
Exhibit space rates for REMSA member companies:
Island and corner booths are considered premium, and will incur an additional 10% charge
Non-member exhibit spaces are $45/sq ft and have no discounts for larger booths.

Booth Selection Process
- REMSA will host online, live booth selection in November 2024 for booths in the REMSA portion of the exhibit hall. Exhibit space appointments are determined based on exhibitor priority points, current REMSA membership status, and date of contract receipt.
- Contracts received on or after November 2, 2024 and non-member requests will be assigned after the initial booth space assignments.

Each 10x10 (100 sq. ft) indoor exhibit space includes:2 complimentary exhibitor staff badges (maximum 30)
- 8 foot high back wall drape, 3 foot high side wall drape
- One identification sign
- Wi-fi internet connectivity
- General expo hall security
- Pre- and post-event opt-in attendee lists
- Information on additional benefits, including REMSA Innovation Theater presentation opportunities, will be available in fall 2024.
