Railway Interchange returns to Indianapolis, May 20-22, 2025. Don't miss your chance to exhibit at the largest combined railway exhibition in North America.

Contracting Process:
1) Complete all the fields in the REMSA Railway Interchange contract
2) Sign and submit the contract online

Each 10x10 (100 sq. ft) indoor exhibit space includes:2 complimentary exhibitor staff badges (maximum 30)
  • 8 foot high back wall drape, 3 foot high side wall drape
  • One identification sign
  • Wi-fi internet connectivity
  • General expo hall security
  • Pre- and post-event opt-in attendee lists
  • Presentation opportunity in REMSA Innovation Theater

Exhibit space rates for REMSA member companies:

Island and corner booths are considered premium, and will incur an additional 10% charge

Non-member exhibit spaces are $45/sq ft and have no discounts for larger booths.
