Scam Alert - Conference attendees are asked to be vigilant of scams, including any solicitations via email that offer hotel deals or registration lists on behalf of the NRC or REMSA. These groups are not affiliated with the NRC or REMSA. Please check the NRC or REMSA websites or email staff directly for the most up-to-date conference information.

• Register for the Conference - You will receive instructions on how to register for your complimentary/discounted badges approximately 1 week after your booth is confirmed. A promo code and instructions will come from "RCS Registration", the conference registration vendor. 
• Book your Hotel room: Please use above link to register for the conference. Your confirmation email will have a link to reserve in the hotel room block. You must be registered for the conference to book your hotel room.

  • Your booth includes: Each 8' x 10' booth will be set with 8' high blue back drape, 3' high blue side drape, one 6'L x 30"H blue draped table, two Limerick® chairs by Herman Miller, and one wastebasket. Booths 300 sqft or less will receive an identification sign. Booths larger than 300 sqft may receive an identification sign upon request.
    The booths and exhibit areas are carpeted with the existing hotel carpet.

Fradulent Attendee List Providers - It has come to our attention that scammers have been contacting NRC/REMSA conference attendees and exhibitors and identifying themselves as having access to attendee lists. NRC and REMSA do NOT sell its attendee lists to any vendors or other third parties. Anyone attempting to sell you this information is fraudulent and not part of the NRC/REMSA organization. The NRC and REMSA strongly recommend that all conference registrants disregard such emails. To report a fraudulent solicitation, use the Federal Trade Commission reporting website. NRC does not provide contact information in their attendee lists for the show, but you will get an attendee list with current registrants' names, titles, and companies, emailed to you in your exhibitor bulletins.
