2026 NRC-REMSA Exhibition
January 7-8, 2026, Hollywood, FL

The NRC-REMSA Exhibition takes place as a part of the annual NRC Conference. Each year, the NRC hosts its conference where all stakeholders of the railroad construction and maintenance industry are encouraged to attend. The conference typically encompasses more than 1,400 attendees, 150 exhibitors, and 25,000 square-feet of meeting space with a unique program agenda lined up with chief engineers from the major freight railroads and other key speakers covering up-to-date topics of importance to the rail industry. Exhibitors will have a unique opportunity to display their products and services to the entire rail sector.

  REGISTER FOR A BOOTH:
  To register for a booth, CLICK HERE and login with your company password (same password as previous years). If you do not remember your password, you can retrieve your password on this page by clicking on “Forgot your password” or reaching out to info@remsa.org.

  Please do not create a new company profile as this password is unique to your company and contains historical information relevant to your company. You may also share this password with anyone within your company to access your exhibitor portal. Your company’s password will allow you to view an interactive floor plan and reserve a booth online. Please contact Heidi Baker at baker@remsa.org if you have any issues with logging in or retrieving your company password.

ATTENDEE REGISTRATION:
Each 8'x10' exhibit space comes with one complimentary conference registration to the 2026 NRC Conference. All attendees of the exhibition must also be registered for the NRC conference. Exhibitors may purchase one additional badge at a discounted rate of $550, additional badges can be purchased through NRC at the standard member/non-member attendee rate. 
Registered exhibitors will receive a separate email with instructions on how to register for their complimentary exhibitor badge. Additional attendees can register for the 2026 Conference by CLICKING HERE, beginning August 4.

HOUSING:
The NRC has secured a room block for conference attendees at The Diplomat; a link to register at the conference rate will be provided after you register for the conference. If you have questions about the hotel room block, please email Marian Barreto at mbarreto@nrcma.org. Hotel booking information will be available once registration opens, on August 4.
