2025 NRC-REMSA Exhibition

Over 1,400 railway industry leaders attended the 2025 NRC Conference and NRC-REMSA Exhibition in Marco Island, Florida, January 5-6, 2025. Key decision makers in the freight, transit, and commuter rail industries kicked off 2025 at the JW Marriott Marco Island Beach Resort for two days of exhibiting within four days of conference sessions.

Conference topics included capital spending plan updates from Class 1 and regional railroads, updates on rail projects of national significance, sessions on commuter rail and transit contracting, railroad construction safety, and panel discussions on signals and communications, rail sustainiability, and government affairs.The keynote session was a fireside chat with Joseph Hinrichs, CEO, CSX. 

The NRC-REMSA Exhibition takes place as a part of the annual NRC Conference. Each year, the NRC hosts its conference where all stakeholders of the railroad construction and maintenance industry are encouraged to attend. The conference typically encompasses more than 1,400 attendees, 150 exhibitors, and 25,000 square-feet of meeting space with a unique program agenda lined up with chief engineers from the major freight railroads and other key speakers covering up-to-date topics of importance to the rail industry. Exhibitors will have a unique opportunity to display their products and services to the entire rail sector.

138 companies participated in the NRC-REMSA Exhibition, with dedicated exhibition hours on January 5 and 6, where conference attendees were able to see innovative industry products and offerings. 

The NRC 2026 Conference and NRC-REMSA Exhibition will take place January 7-10, 2026 at The Diplomat Resort in Hollywood, Florida. Exhibitor and attendee registration will open in summer 2025.
