Exhibit Space Pricing:
Booth payment includes one complimentary conference attendee registration per 8x10' booth. All attendees must be registered for the NRC Conference to gain access to the exhibit hall. Corner booths are considered premium locations and will incur an additional $250 charge.

REGISTER FOR A BOOTH:
To register for a booth, CLICK HERE and login with your company password (same password as previous years). If you do not remember your password, you can retrieve your password on this page by clicking on “Forgot your password” or reaching out to info@remsa.org.
If you have exhibited with us in the past, please do not create a new company profile as this password is unique to your company and contains historical information relevant to your company. You may also share this password with anyone within your company to access your exhibitor portal. Your company’s password will allow you to view an interactive floor plan and reserve a booth online. Please contact Heidi Baker at baker@remsa.org if you have any issues with logging in or retrieving your company password.
ATTENDEE REGISTRATION:
Each 8'x10' exhibit space comes with one complimentary conference registration to the 2025 NRC Conference. All attendees of the exhibition must also be registered for the NRC conference.
HOUSING:
The NRC has secured a room block for conference attendees at the JW Marriott Marco Island; a link to register at the conference rate will be provided after you register for the conference. If you have questions about the hotel room block, please email Marian Barreto at mbarreto@nrcma.org.

REMSA is pleased to continue partnering with the National Railroad Construction and Maintenance Association (NRC) to host the 2025 NRC-REMSA Exhibition in conjunction with the 2025 NRC Conference. The exhibition will take place January 5-6, 2025 in Marco Island, FL. In 2024,133 companies exhibited, and the conference had a record-breaking 1400+ attendees.
