Without exception, exhibitors at the convention center who have island or peninsula booths (booths at the end of an aisle), booths higher than one story, and those with covered tops or canopies are required to submit a rendering of their booth to REMSA. The rendering must include the height and width of back and side walls and the placement of large objects. Booths with covered tops or canopies and those higher than one story must include structural information and must be approved by the Fire Marshal. Renderings must be submitted to REMSA by August 1, 2008. |

Before REMSA will confirm a booth assignment, please complete and return the following documents:
- Indoor Booth Space
Send two completed copies of the blue Application and Agreement for Inside Exhibit Space to REMSA at 417 West Broad Street, Suite 203, Falls Church, VA 20043, USA. Be sure to read and sign both forms. One copy of the Application and Agreement will be returned to you confirming your space.
Note: If your company is sharing a booth, each company must submit an Application and Agreement and comply with all relevant requirements. An indication that the booth is shared with another company is required.
- Enclose payment for your booth. Payment may be made by check or credit card as indicated on the application. If you select a specific booth size or location, either of which is not available, we will call you so that you can make another selection. If you are due a refund, REMSA will make the refund promptly.
- Enclose a properly executed copy of your insurance papers. Please refer to the instructions and sample insurance forms in this kit and instruct your insurance company to follow the sample exactly.
