REMSA and AREMA have joined together to offer concurrent events at the same time and under one roof. Most of your customers will be attending AREMA’s annual conference at the convention center and will have plenty of time to visit your display.

Enclosed is a prospectus for WORLD RAIL EXPO 2008 which includes: application/agreement for booth space at the Salt Palace Convention Center, a rate sheet, and other important information that will help you plan your exhibit and budget. Reserve now! Booth space will be assigned on a first come-first served basis, so time is of the essence. Fill out and return two copies of the blue application/agreement for convention center exhibit space along with a check or credit card information, and a properly executed copy of your insurance certificate (instructions and a sample form for exhibitors are enclosed). Space will be confirmed when all these materials have been received.
